The KBP MOA

The KBP (Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas) signed a new Memorandum of Agreement with FILSCAP for the licensing of its member radio stations last January 10, at Café Via Mare Rockwell.

The agreement grants preferential licensing terms to any good standing member radio station of the KBP who will secure a music broadcast license from FILSCAP during the term of the Agreement (2011-2014).

The MOA guarantees the support of the KBP, further strengthening the authority of FILSCAP as a collective management organization, and ensures the licensing of member radio stations.
